Knowing just how passionate my mate BERT van ZUYLEN is about his motors, I can’t wait to see how he transforms his latest find. Bert recently found this rare Alfa 90 Gold leaf 2.5 V6 – old and abandoned since 2007 – but, thankfully, kept dry and out of the sun. “Had to kick out some nests, but overall it came up very well.,” said Bert. “Looks like it has some issues in the engine department as we got two new air flowmeters with it.” Engine issues? No great surprise there! “Spent a wonderful day cleaning and investigating this beauty, which has the same chassis and running gear as an Alfetta GTV6.”
